By using LeapOne ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

LeapOne provides AI-assisted tools to help Canadian small businesses manage customer reviews and communications. Features include AI-drafted review responses, review insights, and business settings.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

AI-Generated Content

LeapOne uses AI to generate draft responses to reviews. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published. LeapOne is not liable for any AI-generated content you choose to publish.

Connected Accounts

By connecting your Google or Facebook account, you authorize LeapOne to read reviews and post approved responses on your behalf. You may disconnect these accounts at any time from your settings page.

Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

LeapOne is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
